Return and Exchange Policy

The  GetBodyMagicOnline.com Store appreciates your business and want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. Our return/Exchange Policy is outlined below.  If you have any questions concerning these policies please feel free to contact our customer service department . Most merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges are subject to the following:  Ther are no returns on cosmetics and nutritional products.**

All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. You are responsible for returning merchandise to :

** There are absolutely no refunds for Cash on Sale items all sales are Final.
 
If free shipping is given at the time of purchase, a $14.99 shipping charge will be subtracted from your refund in addition to the 30% restocking fee.

All returned or exchanged items MUST have an RMA number written on the outside of the shipping carton not the product box.  If there is no RMA number the item will be refused. You must call customer service inorder to receive this number. Please allow 7-10 dys for exchanges.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW, UNOPENED, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with all tags attached in its original packaging. After inspection, if we determine the returned items have been used we reserve the right to return the items to you at your expense. If an item is returned for a different size due to intimate nature of the garment this can only be done once per garment so please make sure you have properly measured yourself.  We will not accept the return of any item after 14 days.

We do not refund shipping charges, however we will pay return shipping charges if the ordered item is defective or The Body Magic Store shipped the incorrect product(s).

If you receive the wrong order we must be contacted about this error within 48 hrs , if not there will be no action taken on our part, it is the customers responsibility to check your order when received.

 If purchased by credit card please allow 15 days for refund. Credit may not appear until the next billing cycle.
